Different Feet Types

                                          Low Arches
                                         Normal Arches
                                                       High Arches
A low instep means less foot volume, which can lead to extra space inside the shoe, causing instability or heel slippage. This is especially noticeable in slip-on styles.

A high instep means more volume in the midfoot area, which can cause discomfort if the shoe doesn’t have enough height or flexibility. This may lead to pressure on the top of the foot, circulation issues, or even pain after extended wear.
